January 27, 2015: ARServices is Awarded Department of Justice (DOJ) Contract to Provide Program Management and Business Process Re-engineering and Design Services
ARServices is pleased to announce that on January 27, 2015 it was awarded a contract to provide Program Management and Business Process Re-engineering and Design Services to the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Operations Services Staff (OSS), with primary work locations in Washington, DC, Rockville, MD, and Dallas, TX. This is ARServices’ “inaugural” contract with DOJ in what it endeavors to be the beginning of a successful and enduring relationship. OSS is the component of the Justice Management Division (JMD), which provides advice and assistance to senior management officials. Over time, OSS has evolved to offer the most effective and efficient information technology (IT) business solutions throughout the DOJ and other external agencies. As a result of its successes and progress, OSS created and implemented the Data Center Transformation Initiative (DCTI), which will be, in part, replacing the Justice Data Center – Dallas (JDC-D). ARServices will be assisting OSS in supporting the DCTI and JDC-D closure by providing business process re-engineering support services and creating, modifying, and redesigning processes and procedures.
Additionally, DOJ’s Office of the CIO has recently undergone a major reorganization. This contract offers ARServices the vehicle and opportunity to provide the assistance that enables a smooth and transparent transition.
Lastly, this contract is also available to other DOJ components that are in the need of project management, consultation, organizational development, requirements analysis, subject matter expertise, process re-engineering, and IT services such as technical skill set assessment.
“We are extremely appreciative of the confidence the Department of Justice has placed in ARServices by selecting us to perform on this contract. ARServices looks forward to providing the highly responsive technical and management expertise required by the Department of Justice, Operation Services Staff,” said Jay McCargo, ARServices’ President & CEO.
