ARServices CEO, Speaks at the American Express Summit

American Express OPEN Awardee and CEO of ARServices, Jay McCargo, was invited to attend the American Express Summit for Success as a panel speaker on June 13, 2019. The American Express Summit for Success is an annual event in Washington, D.C. with proven success aiding large and small, privately owned-companies increase the size of their businesses and make lasting connections with other attendees. Mr. McCargo previously attended the Summit for Success in 2017.

Due to his extensive professional experience and leadership as ARServices moves through the Small Business Program, Mr. McCargo was invited to share his knowledge, expertise, and proven best practices on the “Finding Government Contracting Opportunities” panel. During the panel Mr. McCargo detailed growth strategies for federal business owners to expand the size of their business, with a focus on the importance of creating and nourishing relationships.

“There’s nothing better than sharing successful growth strategies in the federal work space. Relationships are essential to growth, and coupled with data and intelligence, are vital to the success of any federal business. Due to the reliance on the data rich nature of Federal Contracting, relationship building is a task businesses often struggle with. I really enjoyed coming back to the AMEX Summit, to speak on such an important topic and am honored to have done so as a speaker this time around.” said Mr. McCargo.

During the seminar, attendees were encouraged to take advantage of uncommon channels to find unique government contract opportunities. After speaking alongside fellow panelist, Denience Peterson, Director of Federal Market Analysis of Deltek, Jay McCargo had the opportunity to answer questions and form new connections with both emerging small and similar businesses.

The next American Express Summit for Success will be held in June 2020.
