As Vice President of Business Development, Mr. Williams is focused on identifying and realizing opportunities to expand ARServices' presence across the Federal and Defense contracting space.  With decades of strategic and operational experience, he manages all aspects of business development including market engagement, capture management, proposal development, marketing, and acquisitions. He brings a proven record of accomplishment identifying market opportunities, developing capture strategies, and winning new business along with deep understanding and experience in the federal defense and civilian market.

Before joining ARServices, he worked for both large and small companies. Mr. Williams started his business development career with large defense contractors like CACI and Northup Grumman/TASC. He was selected to attend the Northrup Grumman Executive Capture Course at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Mr. Williams then worked for Omni Technical Solutions, a Danish Holding Company based out of Dubai with subsidiaries in Afghanistan, Nigeria, Indonesia, and Australia, providing technical services for governments worldwide (including the U.S.), both governmental and non-governmental (NGOs) international aid organizations, and commercial enterprises. 

Mr. Williams spent several years helping small companies grow, as either a member of corporate leadership or as a consultant. Prior to joining ARServices, he increased Mayvin, Inc.’s total contract revenue by $440M over a 36-month period.

Mr. Williams spent 20 years in the United States Army and served in the Armored Cavalry and other units from platoon-level up to, and including, the 2nd Armored Division, 10th Mountain Division, the Joint Readiness Training Center, the Army Test and Evaluation Command, Headquarters Department of the Army and Joint staffs. His time in the Army also included time in Special Mission Units, detailed to the White House Military Office and as a Strategist for higher level staffs including US European Command, US Central Command and US Pacific Command.

Additionally, he has worked with Challenge America, whose mission is to connect service members, veterans, and their families to the resources they need to live the lives they earned and deserve.  Mr. Williams was asked to be the President of the Board of Directors in 2014 and held the position until 2020. He continues to be involved in many Veteran’s charities.

Mr. Williams holds a master’s degree from Central Michigan University and a bachelor’s degree from Weber State College.
