This scope sub-area provides IT services-based solutions which involve emerging technology (ET) innovation to accelerate transformation securely and advance mission outcomes.
 
  • Analyzing, designing, and applying the knowledge needed to investigate and provide an ET solution.
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to plan, conduct, technically direct, document, test, and assess ET implementations.
  • Analyzing the trade-off of implementing, including cost-benefit analysis.

8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resource for Services (STARS) III - IT Services performed outside of CONUS

This scope sub-area provides IT services-based solutions to be performed outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS).
 
  • A task order requirement can fit in this sub-area if the scope is primarily IT services and includes performance in an OCONUS location.
