Across all programs, ARServices uses TPM360 to develop unique Project Management Plans based on PMBOK best practices. We deliver these plans at the start of the transition, revise them during the transition, and maintain them during execution. TPM360 describes our management processes, techniques, organizational structure, resources, and use of technology to provide exemplary service to our clients.

ARTeam, our standardized recruiting process, enables us to fill capability gaps within teams and ensure the right and best-qualified person supports government programs. When needed, we can accelerate our personnel identification and hiring timeline to meet customer surge requirements rapidly.

Proof

We have successfully demonstrated surge capability in support of a DTRA facility relocation, when in 2023 we had to rapidly onboard an entirely new workforce of highly specialized and cleared talent. This relocation required the movement of personnel from Florida to New Mexico. To meet the goals, ARServices hired new staff members and began transitioning knowledge and capabilities in less than 30 days. ARServices met and exceeded the challenge, onboarding 60% of the new workforce on or before 1 May 2023 and the remaining staff by 30 May 2023, well ahead of the DTRA milestone.

Our proven cost and financial control process, ARTPC, ensures the successful and efficient management of large projects. Led by the ARServices program manager, our finance team captures costs and forecasts accurate budget projections to keep all stakeholders informed.

ARServices has never experienced a cost overrun on any project. In fact, the utilization of ARTPC has allowed ARServices to save federal agencies thousands of dollars. ARServices uses ARTPC to manage its $145M contract with DTRA, receiving only “Exceptional” Cost Control CPARs throughout the contract’s life.

Our proven and tailored transition methodology, ARTransition, ensures a smooth transition with minimal disruption and unimpeded mission support.

Key to the process is a Transition Manager (TM) who leads an experienced transition team throughout the transition time period. The TM is responsible for managing the four phases of transition. We follow ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standards in a documented four-phased approach:

  • Phase I: Pre-Contract Award

  • Phase II: Award and Startup

  • Phase III: Transition In

  • Phase IV: Contract Execution

Proof

On September 3, 2021, ARServices completed the 114 FTE transition of the DTRA RD PMO A&AS contract, reaching Full Operational Capacity (FOC) before the 90 day transition time period had concluded and achieving FOC three days earlier than the 90-day contract requirements. This transition of 114 cleared personnel took place over five different geographical locations, in a rampant COVID-19 pandemic, and included the provision of access to Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) facilities and the Pentagon.
