Senior Director People Operations

Ms. Keisha Davis is the Senior Director People Operations for ARServices. She oversees both Talent Acquisition and Human Resources (HR) and people management functions to support the company’s mission and growth objectives. Ms. Davis supports ARServices with 25 years of experience, by driving strategies to attract top talent, ensure compliance with federal regulations, and lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Prior to joining ARServices, Ms. Davis supported several contracting, cybersecurity/IT consulting, professional services, and recruiting/networking companies. Her experience spans the entirety of HR related services including onboarding/offboarding, orientation, training, termination, succession planning, communication/collaboration, employee recruitment/retention, employee engagement, employee relations/mediations, customer relations, talent management, change management, record management, benefits management, payroll processing, expense tracking, counseling/guidance, investigations/performance reviews, quality control, service delivery, employee law, legal compliance, corporate policy, etc.

Ms. Davis has undergone several industry trainings to hone her expertise, including DoD Facility & Security Awareness Training, HIPAA Awareness Business Associates Training, and Reparation of Expats and Overcoming Challenges/ International HR SIG Event Training. She’s also assisted various companies in obtaining certifications including a CMMI Level III DEV Accreditation and HUBZone Certification and required annual AAP, EEO, and OFCCP certifications. Ms. Davis further holds a BS in Business Administration and HR Management from Kaplan University. She is a certified Kanban Management Professional (KMP), certified through Lean Kanban University. She also maintains a Top Secret security clearance.
