Mr. Gregory “Greg” S. Otey is a senior leadership expert with more than 25 years of international experience who successfully created teams and leveraged technology to resolve complex challenges. Mr. Otey possesses a distinguished record of leading/managing operations in large, diverse organizations from 400 to 5,000 personnel.  He is a driven professional with outstanding character, unquestionable integrity, agile learning, relationship building acumen, and polished communications skills to advance business interest in today’s multifaceted environment.

Mr. Otey served for more than 27 years in the United States Air Force and held several Senior Leadership positions during that time. He served as Director and U.S. Forces-Afghanistan Liaison to the U.S. Embassy in which he led a team of 22 military liaison officers to synchronize the U.S. diplomatic and military efforts with Afghanistan and coalition leadership. Mr. Otey also led the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) team, managing $167M and helping eliminate more than 500 metric tons of Syrian declared chemical agents. He synchronized, through collaboration, numerous U.S. inter-agencies and foreign entities to accomplish the first ever destruction of chemical weapons on a ship at sea. Mr. Otey led the team that worked internally and externally in the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Department of Energy (DoE) to reach full operationally capability in support of the U.S. nuclear weapons stockpile and combating Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD). He led strategy and concept development to enhance DoD warfighting capability and structured a game changing $50M program for aerial delivered precision resupply, wherein supplies dropped from 20,000 feet precision guided to land within yards of troops in contact. His vision, strategy, testing, and employment saved lives.   

Mr. Otey is a learned professional with two MA degrees, one in Strategic Studies from the Air War College and one in Strategic Studies and National Security from the College of Naval Command, as well as a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute. He further studied Executive Leadership under the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina and National Security Studies at the Elliott School of International Affairs under George Washington (GW) University.
