Mr. Pflugrath has significant expertise in the development and strategy applied to client solutions. Prior to ARServices, Mr. Pflugrath was EVP of Markets & Growth for LMI where he was responsible for fostering customer and partner relationships, managing profit and loss, Mergers & Acquisitions, and acquiring new business by championing strategic plan, vision, and goals.

 

In addition to his business operations expertise, his strength lies in developing and executing growth strategies. Mr. Pflugrath has extensive experience innovating for public sector mission and management priorities. Among his many accolades, Mr. Pflugrath is proud of established and managed the largest biometric and forensic laboratory for the FBI, setting up and operating the independent test center for the Defense Health Agency’s electronic health record initiative, and the largest border security and humanitarian initiative for the Department of Homeland Security. For the Department of Defense, he has deployed supporting military operations as a logistics subject matter expert to include Operation Desert Storm (Saudi Arabia and Kuwait), Operation Restore Hope (Somalia), and Operation Enduring Freedom (Bosnia).

 

Mr. Pflugrath holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the College of William & Mary and a master’s degree in software engineering from George Mason University. He served for many years as co-chair of the U.S. Geospatial Intelligence Foundation Technical Committee and is currently on the board of advisors to the University of California Berkeley Center for Security in Politics.
