Jerry (Jay) McCargo is the President & CEO of ARServices, Limited (ARServices). He is a senior executive in government consulting with 30+ years’ experience leading profit-and-loss business units and delivering $3+ billion in revenue.

John Ratliff

Chief Financial Officer

John Ratliff is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at ARServices, Limited (ARServices). He is a senior executive in government service contracting with 34 years’ experience designing financial, administrative, and operational systems, policies, and procedures, to provide structure, control, and stability in high-growth corporate environments.

Pete Pflugrath is a senior leader with more than 30 years of public sector experience supporting defense, intelligence, space, federal law enforcement, and health & civilian missions across the federal government.

Sonya Moore

Senior Human Resources Manager

Sonya Moore is the Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager at ARServices, Limited (ARServices). She is a seasoned HR Professional in government service contracting with more than 25 years of expertise in HR planning, onboarding and induction (for CONUS and OCONUS operations), compliance training, rewards and recognition, communications and offboarding.
