He is a senior executive in government service contracting with 34 years’ experience designing financial, administrative, and operational systems, policies, and procedures, to provide structure, control, and stability in high-growth corporate environments.

Sonya Moore is the Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager at ARServices, Limited (ARServices). She is a seasoned HR Professional in government service contracting with more than 25 years of expertise in HR planning, onboarding and induction (for CONUS and OCONUS operations), compliance training, rewards and recognition, communications and offboarding.
