ARServices provides abstract or concept studies and analysis, requirements analysis and definition, and preliminary planning. Assistance is provided in the evaluation of alternative technical approaches and associated costs for the development of a particular system, project, mission or activity.

ARServices provides program management expertise to support the execution of CWC mission in support of the CWC and/or demilitarization operations.

ARServices provides support to the Defense Logistics Agency Research and Development (R&D) Program Office to assist them in accomplishing the R&D Program Office mission and objectives. Support services include HQ DLA R&D Strategic Planning and Programming Support, DLA R&D Program’ Office Support and R&D Financial Management Support. ARServices develops recommendations for R&D plans, policies, structure and implementation. Personnel perform analysis of alternative courses of action for project planning, organizing, and controlling R&D office functions. ARServices also provides management and policy analysis support for project-specific requirements and provides data collection, analytical, evaluative and support for an R&D program.
ARServices conducts the planning, monitoring, execution and close out of various support projects for DNFSB, whose mission is to ensure and enhance the safety and security at our Nation’s most sensitive defense nuclear facilities.
ARServices provides research, planning, design, development, implementation, integration, testing, and evaluation of emerging and mature technologies and development of transition strategies. We assess state-of-the-art and emerging technology for utility, maturity, and risk; assist in improving the RD decision-making process and procedures; provide program/project management support services; assist in the development of the science and technology program; provide technical, administrative and logistical support for planning, implementing, and evaluating program activities; provide oversight support for resource management/budgeting activities.
ARServices provides advisory and assistance services (A&AS) for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) in support of the Operations, Readiness, & Exercises Directorate. The overall tasks include researching, planning, designing, developing, implementing, integrating, applying, and developing transitioning capabilities dealing with Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) to DTRA and its customers.
ARServices provides medical, public health, public policy, cultural, linguistic and political subject matter expertise in support of DTRA’s Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) activities in the Middle East Region.
ARServices trains personnel in chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRNE) defense equipment practices, and procedures. We implement hazardous material storage, shipments and handling. Normal warehouse operations include receiving, storage, distribution, disposal services, inventory management and shipping from and to multiple locations throughout the National Capital Region (NCR), Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside of Continental United States (OCONUS). Personnel support various logistics aspects of J3OSC missions in support of site closure, challenge and routine inspections.
ARServices provides end-to-end shipping, clearing items as technical aid to achieve duty and tax-free clearance, while providing economic warehousing solutions Additionally, we provide a seamless, efficient record keeping and workflow tool for accomplishing all global supply chain management and personnel logistics services
ARServices maintains the hardware and software critical to the graphics support mission DLA Headquarters’ staff and programs.
ARServicesperforms various inventory schedules and physical inventories. We initiate and coordinate periodic asset inventories, account reviews, and reports that are reconciled within the prescribed asset management system.
ARServices identifies, inventories, and blueprints assets at 16 DLA Data Center locations and SIPR rooms, in support of the Data Center Optimization Initiative (DCOI) Data Center migration effort. We perform physical inventory control program services and perform initial Data Center Physical Inventory, including all IT equipment, software and all environmental equipment that support the data center.
ARServices provides an array of HR services to TSA’s Office of Security Capabilities (OSC). Processes include control procedures, inspections, and checkpoints that are used to ensure/guarantee quality, quantity, timeliness, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction. Additional human resources support includes advising management on Federal recruitment strategies; advising and assisting supervisors in development of employee’s performance plans.
ARServices develops and maintains program management products on the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process, organizational process improvement, and change management. This includes providing implementation planning and developing governance models for the OPNAV Reorganization and the development of the Navy’s new POM process. The products produced for these forums include schedules, agendas, discussion topics, presentations, briefing packages, milestone charts, meeting notes & correspondence. ARServices conducts business case analyses, tradeoff assessments driven by analyses of qualitative and quantitative data sources that informs strategic direction and supports decision making in development of the Navy’s POM and staff reorganization.
ARServices performs an array of management and technical support for the NRL Human Resource operations. Services include technical coordination support, and expert decision-making analysis of government functions. Tasks include support in the following areas: Staffing, Classification, Employee Relations, Employee Development, Administrative, and Data Management Support.
ARServices assists NRL in providing research and documentation on human resource, managerial, and other administrative procedures and authorities commonly available to research labs in academia and industry.
ARServices provides administrative support services for the processing of clinical trial protocol documents and tracking the implementation and completion of human clinical research studies.
ARServices provides integrated logistics Support services, to include comprehensive warehouse operations; the Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability (RMA) Program; Quality Assurance and Safety Programs, and the Training Management Program. Personnel develop policies and procedures, coordinated between the various AT&T management areas that are responsible for delivering services under the HNS contract, for maintenance of spares (end and component items), repair parts, and consumable items; tools; and test-measurement- and diagnostic- equipment (TMDE) that are necessary for achieving the Hawaii Network Services (HNS) performance objectives.
